Nutrition Transformation Program
This program will be begin with a few simple steps to identify your goals, identify your starting point, and then together work to identify a few simple changes in your habits to begin dropping body fat and building lean muscle.
There are plenty of cookie cutter diet plans out there that tell you exactly what to eat and when to eat it, but this is not one of them. This transformation program is designed to take you from where you are at to where you want to be by implementing simple habit changes.
What you won?t get in this program…
You aren?t going to get a meal plan. I could give you one, but it wouldn?t be catered to your personal food preferences, your schedule, or your individual nutrient needs.
Plus, in my experience, you probably wouldn?t follow it all the time anyhow. We all like to think that we will stick exactly to the plan?until life gets in the way.
You also aren?t going to get a training program that will crush you. We aren?t going to ask you to perform hours upon hours of cardio, train dozens of hours per week, or any of the typical things you may see in other programs. However, you will be required to put in some work, maybe even a little on your own, so be prepared.
What you ARE going to get!
This program is going to create a solid foundation of positive lifestyle changes, nutritional habits, and training.
We will create a baseline that will deliver results, and then the program is going to be adjusted to make sure that you are getting the results that you want. We will be working with you to hold you accountable for your actions, create a structured system to deliver great results, and start building positive habits that you can continue to use long after this program is completed.

Next
Next identify your starting point. This will include doing a 3 day nutrition journal. This program does not require you to keep an ongoing journal of what you are eating but it is helpful for that we see where you’re starting point is at. There will be a questionnaire you will fill out download that will give us a feel of your basic nutritional habits to see what we can work on first.
This step will also be where we take measurements. We typically use 2-3 different modalities to measure progress including but not limited to: bodyweight, circumference measurements, progress pictures, strength and performance measurements.
