At Infinite Fitness, we use progressive exercises to get you stronger over time and back to peak performance. We believe in mastering the basics, starting from bodyweight exercises and transitioning to loaded weight, using specific training implements.
4 Week Rehab to Performance Cycle includes

    • 2 Semi-private training sessions per week
    • Success Session to set realistic goals and gauge overall fitness level
