I thought it was good because part of the reason I started with Infinite Fitness was I kind of needed a little bit of guidance–a little bit of structure.
I had my little mini home gym at home, but that still wasn’t enough to really get me into a regular habit, so coming to Infinite helped get me into that structure.
When we went online, I was able to use my gym and structure online to continue, and I’ve kind of kept the same routine–I usually come in Mondays and Wednesdays, so Monday and Wednesday afternoons I would do my workout, so it still helped me maintain what I needed. I think there were one or two days I wasn’t feeling well, so I didn’t do it on my, essentially, prescribed day, but I always like knowing that the team was seeing when workouts were completed–that helped the accountability that I needed.
