My name is James Shell. I have been with Infinite Fitness for about three years now.
Biggest struggle was just being consistent. For sure I would start a regimen or diet or a workout or something and I was never able to be consistent, to follow through for more than a couple of weeks. Max kind of twofold. It was practically and psychologically. Practically I was not making progress physically. I played soccer a lot and I was prone to injury. So I just was really struggling physically. And again, being consistent and psychologically I would set goals for myself that I would never achieve. So that was kind of defeating.
Well, it really helped me with my biggest struggle, which again was just being consistent and really knowing what to do. I could go to the gym and I wouldn’t know if necessarily I was being efficient or if I was really working path, at least resistance to achieve my goal. So it was really helpful to know, number one, you got to be here at this time and if not, I’m going to get a text. And I knew that what we were doing was super productive for me to achieve my goal. Now there’s a lifestyle of being active and staying at the gym and always something fresh to keep my focus.Recently did weight loss challenge where I lost almost two inches off my waist. That’s a little bit of exaggeration, but like an inch and a half. There’s always something to keep keep my energy focused and staying consistent and stuff.
